Michelle McWeeney, PA is a Physician Assistant practicing Family Medicine for the past 22 years. She graduated from Providence College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and graduated with a Master of Science from the Rutgers (UMDNJ) Physician Assistant program. She also earned her Doctorate in philosophy in the Higher Education and Leadership program at Seton Hall University. She worked in the Department of Family Medicine at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital for ten years prior to coming to HVA Medical Group, and spent three years working in the Emergency Department at St. Barnabas Medical Center early in her career.
Her interests include chronic disease management, patient education, women’s health, geriatric medicine and underserved patient population medicine. She is extremely dedicated to her patients and their families. She is an advocate for her patients and spends countless hours educating her patients on their chronic health conditions.
